Management and all employees are committed to consistent compliance with customer requirements, legal requirements and the requirements of the SIST EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard and to continuous improvement of products, processes and management system.

We encourage the training of all employees, introduce modern technological equipment and organizational solutions with which we shorten response times, reduce costs and raise the quality of work performed.

Because we believe that quality is most important for our customers, the management decided to develop, implement and maintain a quality system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001. By consistently adhering to quality policy, quality system procedures and introducing continuous improvement, employees, owners, the wider community by providing quality services and products.

In fulfilling the above obligations, we use the following approaches:

  • We improve our processes by training staff, introducing new solutions, encouraging suggestions for improvements and measuring the results achieved.
  • We take care of occupational safety and health of employees by introducing preventive measures to improve the working environment.
  • By taking into account the principles of environmental protection and waste separation, we contribute to health, well-being and a better quality of life in the local and wider social environment.
  • Competitive prices are achieved by constantly reducing costs and implementing preventive measures.
  • Achieving the required deadlines of our customers is ensured by efficient scheduling of work, monitoring of implementation deadlines and exercising personal responsibility for individual phases of the production process.
